Kathy has been a realtor in the Ojai Valley for 20 years. Prior to that, she spent many years as a real estate investor in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

She was a director on the Board of Realtors for seven years and Vice President for one. She was the recipient of the Centurion Award for Century 21 and a member of the President's Club at Coldwell Banker, she also won an Award of distinction for being a Most Referred Realtor.

Living in Ojai for 30 years and an avid photographer has given her the opportunity to see the beauty of Ojai and capture it through her lens.

Kathy's passion is to find that right property for her clients and see it through to a successful and happy closing.

Kathy has enjoyed working with her clients on many, many land sales as well a homes and ranches.
